The Parikrma Humanity Foundation is a wonderful NGO based in Bangalore, operating three schools for street, slum, and orphaned children. They completely fund the schooling for over 500 children throughout the slums in Bangalore. Not only do they offer free educational services, they ensure the nutrition, health, and community needs of all their students. True to Indian culture, they have built a family atmosphere where warmth and joy abound.

I volunteered at Parikrma and fell in love with the beautiful children at my school in Sahakaranagar. They taught me more about life than I have learned through all my experiences. They say they are thankful to me for having taught them English, but I learned more from them than they could ever have learned from me.
